It was a joy to work with Teresa Flack. Through her tireless efforts, she was able to find exactly the kind of home we were looking for. She took us through every process of the sale-negotiating with the sales agent, asking appropriate questions with the construction mgr, and saving us some additional money at the closing. Teresa introduced us to many different neighborhood options within our town of choice, Naples. We had our hearts set on one particular development. Teresa searched very hard to find our Florida dream that would be comparable and she succeeded. We are extremely happy with our purchase. It took us two years to committ but Teresa never gave up on us. Teresa is professional, consistent, courteous, understanding, attentive, patient and accommodating. Teresa answered all of our questions and concerns promptly. She even addressed issues that were out of her scope of responsibilities. Teresa returned our phone calls literally within minutes often late at night. Teresa went out of her way to welcome us in a new town. Following our closing she invited us and two other Polish couples to lunch at a wonderful restaurant. We became instant friends with them. It is good to know people in the new area and we are thankful to Teresa for introducing us. We are glad we found Teresa on Internet under a Polish speaking agent category. Teresa was absolutely instrumental in our journey to buy the property in Naples. We haven't seen the condo until the day before the closing, though we were confident we were making the right decision. Theresa used video conference and pictures to make us fall in love with the place, she was very thorough with inspecting everything. Teresa was very knowledgeable about the area and only showed us houses which fit all our requests. She was always prompt in returning all phone calls and quickly addressed any concerns we had. Purchasing property in Berkshire Lakes was our second successful real estate transaction concluded with Teresa Flack's assistance. We couldn't complete the process successfully if it wasn't for Teresa's expertise, experience and support. When the second Naples property sparked our interest we immediately turned to Teresa for her help and negotiating power. The sale was completed with no obstacles. She took care of every detail, negotiating tirelessly on our behalf. Teresa made sure that any repairs needed as recommended by the Inspection Company were finished in the timely manner. Teresa arranged for a additional check prior to official walk through just to make sure that all was in order and to help put our minds at peace. We ended up with more real estate value that we hoped for. Teresa's help did not end on the closing day. She didn't hesitate to lend a hand after the transaction was complete. Teresa physically helped carry our belongings to our new home. She not only became our real estate agent for life but also a great friend.
